The uncontaminated nature of the Lu Bulioni locality gives the Bianco Cristallino the impetuosity of youth which makes it its distinctive note. Of a bright straw yellow, it presents itself to the sense of smell with aromas of pears and plums that are intertwined with brooms and almond flowers and hints of Mediterranean scrub. Dry and firm in the mouth, the flavor is enhanced by a well-defined flavor and a freshness that remains its dominant element. The harvest is carried out at the end of September, traditional, transfer into boxes and cultivation operations in the vineyard carried out with great care, thinning of the grapes before veraison and manual selection at harvest, allocating only excellent quality grapes to the production of Bianco Cristallino. A very suitable wine to accompany great dishes, especially seafood.
